Caved

Day One:
The first time mum died;
a corpse with lungs filled with air
my feeble eyes dazzling like the stars
saw through my confine
his hands a cuff around her neck
an over-weighted rock
his blazing red eyes
a heated metal
burned hard until she hit the ground
a stiff dried helpless wood;
a smith that mild the soul of feminal
My bones grew to call him father
